STEP 1

We start with a thorough analysis of your background, professional experience, and accomplishments. There are no assessments or confusing aptitude tests - and no special preparation needed. We uncover your success stories, hit all the key elements of your career history, and talk about your job search goals.

Intake Career Branding Session - 60 min

STEP 2

Over the next 4-5 business days, I work on developing your resume and cover letter targeted at the job(s) you want. I spend 7+ hours on each project (no outsourcing), including 1-2 hours of research, making sure your files include relevant keywords and a killer value proposition.

RESULT: You get two unique, personalized documents tailored to your needs and job search goals. You save yourself hours of painful writing, and eliminate all the guesswork that comes with it.

Resume & Cover Letter Creation

STEP 3

I revamp the core sections of your LinkedIn profile, and turn it into a creative marketing piece that does NOT copy your resume word for word. I craft a powerful headline and a detailed "About" section, revamp your past job descriptions, optimize your skills section, and even design a custom background image to help you stand out.

RESULT: You get a powerful LinkedIn profile that tells your career story in a modern, engaging way, and is targeted at the audience you want to impress. Also, you receive practical tips and strategies to increase your online visibility and further strengthen your personal brand on LinkedIn. 

LinkedIn Profile Makeover

STEP 4

We connect for a second call to go over your questions and possible touch-ups. We also devote some of this time to discussing how you can strategically customize your job search files for your future applications.

RESULT: You receive one round of edits to your resume, cover letter, and/or LinkedIn profile. I implement your revisions and send you the polished up documents in both Word and PDF.

Follow-Up Coaching Session - 45 min

STEP 5

I spend 1-2 hours crafting a list of action items based on your needs and main challenges to help maximize your job search progress. Having a powerful profile in writing is great, but your success heavily depends on how well you can use and implement everything that we've worked on so far.

RESULT: You receive a personalized tip sheet with an action plan made just for you.

STEP 6 (Optional)

Once you get into the room with an employer, you want to bring your A-game, make a great first impression, and not be rusty. You know it matters a lot WHAT you say in an interview, but HOW you say it is even more important.

RESULT: You get to flex your interview muscle and practice answering toughest interview questions. I help you nail down your elevator pitch, learn to tell compelling stories, negotiate competitive $$, and master the secrets of effective interview body language.  

Interview Coaching - 90 min

STEP 7 (Optional)

During the first month of active job hunting, you might have additional questions or need some last-minute advice. I'll be there to help you make the best out of your first few weeks of job search.

RESULT: You receive timely email tips and/or feedback via a short audio message to refine your strategy, and get rid of any added stress.
